Transcription: With dumbbells in hand, sit down on a bench that will provide lower back support. A bench with full back support is ideal since it will givegreatest mobility. Using a bicep curling motion, lift the dumbbells until they're resting in front of the shoulder. Keeping the elbows tucked into the sides, turn the weights 180 degrees so that the palms are facing away from you and the dumbbells now form a straight line with the line of the shoulders. Keep the abdominals tight, the back straight, the neck and head straight, the eyes up.
